People come from different background which is quite difficult to except for some people, which create a barrier in communication. However, there are others who constantly keep interacting with other people and have a good communication for long term.

Moreover, there are also people who keep connecting others who have similar views which make a good communication for long term. For many, communication is the best way to know about culture and other important things that will help in carrying out the relationship forward. However, being stereotype is the worst past that you could go through because it may not help in getting a better knowledge about it.  Cross-culture is yet another issue for barrier for communication which need to be settled down as the time passes.  There is a need of special skill that would help in taking forward the communication in a higher level.
